In response to requests by several local associations to provide a list of service providers such as attorneys, dock maintenance companies, electricians, insurance agents, plumbers, landscapers, swimming pool maintenance contractors, etc., MLCA has created this page.

If your association wishes to put some or all your service providers on this list, please do so by sending the names to: webmaster@mlcasc.com

No requests from individuals will be honored. 

 

MLCA will not endorse, add, or remove any service provider. Service providers will be listed on the MLCA web site only upon the recommendation of an HOA/POA, and that association will be named as the recommending agent for said service provider. A service provider will be delisted only if all recommending associations revoke their listing requests for that service provider. We request that recommendations be based on use and experience.
