From a small beginning, MLCA continues to grow and is now registered with the SC Secretary of State, has a Board of Directors, by-laws, subcommittees and is working on administrative issues. Annual general membership meetings feature excellent speakers. Please return to our website for scheduling updates.

All members of the Board and officers are volunteers and will receive no compensation. However, there are costs (insurance, state and tax filings, repro, etc.) associated with operating MLCA, and to defer those costs we are seeking contributions according to the following suggested guidelines:

1.   Established neighborhood associations with over 75 lots: $100 to $250
   

2.   Established neighborhood associations with 25 to 74 lots: $50 to $ 100
   

3.   Established neighborhood associations with less that 25 lots: $25 to $50
   

4.   Individuals or Families: $10
   

However, no homeowner group or neighborhood volunteer will be excluded due to inability to contribute. We hope the larger, more established neighborhoods will see value in making contributions above the suggested amounts.
